Outreach Church International (OCI) is a Multi-Cultural Family of Believers who strongly believes in the restoration of the 5 fold ministry (Eph. 4:11-13) for the equipping of the church to become an effective force to present a visible demonstration of the love of God first to one another and then to our neighbors, our community, the workplace, and the world.

Crucial to fulfilling our mission is our "progressive vision" with the clear direction of the Lord for this local assembly to evangelize our city and to receive into our midst "whosoever will come", and bring them into a personal relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ.
